Your privacy matters to us. Random Media Hub was built to be simple, useful, and respectful of your personal information. This page explains what data we collect (and what we do not collect) when you use our tools.

1. Information We Collect

Random Media Hub does not require accounts or sign-ups. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details.

Like most websites, we may receive basic non-personal information such as browser type, device type, or general usage statistics. This information helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve performance and usability.

2. YouTube API Services

Our Random YouTube Video Generator uses the YouTube Data API (YouTube API Services) to fetch publicly available video metadata including titles, thumbnails, and video IDs. We do not access private account data, watch history, or personal information from your Google account.

How we use this data: API data is used solely to display random YouTube videos within the tool. It is not stored on our servers, sold, or used for advertising or profiling purposes.

Data sharing: No user data obtained through the YouTube API is shared with internal teams or external third parties beyond what is strictly required to render the embedded YouTube player in your browser.

Data storage and retention: We do not store YouTube API data on our servers beyond temporary processing required to display content. Any cached data, if used, is stored for a limited duration solely to improve performance and reduce API usage, and is automatically deleted thereafter.

Compliance with YouTube API Policies: Our application complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. We only access publicly available data and do not attempt to infer, derive, or collect any personal user information from YouTube.

We do not require users to sign in with a Google account to use our tools.Google Security Settings.

By using this tool, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies and Advertising

We use Google AdSense to help support the site and keep our tools free. Google may use cookies to show ads that are relevant to your interests and to measure ad performance.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

For more details about cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.

4. Local Processing and Data Security

Many of our tools, including the Password Generator and Color Palette Generator, run entirely inside your browser. The data you generate is not sent to our servers or stored by us.

We aim to keep the platform lightweight and secure by limiting unnecessary data collection.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our tools, legal requirements, or advertising partners. When we do, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
